- 24×7 Monitoring of desktop/laptop health statistics and running services
- Monitoring and management of the application of all Microsoft Security Patches and operating system updates
- Monitoring and management of security services (firewall and antivirus)
- Liason with the hardware vendor for management of all hardware related events
- Microsoft Office 365 Integration and Management (where appropriate)
