We deliberately keep a small, well-supported set of platforms rather than one of everything. These are the vendors behind the services we run for New Zealand organisations.
It is tempting for a technology partner to say yes to everything. We would rather be genuinely expert in a smaller set than passably familiar with forty.
Every platform here has been chosen because it is proven, well supported in New Zealand, and something our team works with often enough to know its awkward edges as well as its brochure.
Grouped by what they do for you rather than by vendor relationship.
Fortinet, Sophos, Bitdefender, Check Point and Proofpoint for network, endpoint and email protection, with Huntress for managed detection and response and uSecure for security awareness training. More on how we approach security.
Microsoft 365, Azure, Entra ID, Intune, SharePoint, Teams and Microsoft Copilot. We are a Microsoft Solutions Partner for Modern Work, and Microsoft is the foundation most of our clients run on. See Microsoft 365.
N-able Cove for server, workstation and Microsoft 365 backup, with immutable storage held in-region. Read more about business continuity.
3CX for cloud phone systems and Yealink with Microsoft Teams Rooms for meeting spaces. See business phone systems and video conferencing.
Dell, HPE and Lenovo for workstations, laptops and servers, specified for the role rather than the price list. See procurement and lifecycle.
Fortinet firewalls and secure networking, VMware and Hyper-V virtualisation, and Azure where the workload belongs in the cloud rather than a cupboard.
Certifications are only useful if somebody checks them, so here is what we hold and where it can be verified.
Modern Work designation, which Microsoft awards on measured customer outcomes and certified skilling rather than on signing up.
Accredited to design, deploy and support 3CX phone systems, with engineers holding current 3CX certification.
Certified Gold under the SMB1001 cybersecurity standard, an independently assessed framework built for small and mid-sized organisations.
Our audit is underway. Type 2 tests whether controls actually operated across months of normal business, not whether they existed on one day.
Every vendor, distributor and platform we rely on is reviewed as part of our supplier assurance programme. We check their SOC 2 and ISO 27001 position, record the evidence, and revisit it rather than assuming it holds.
That matters because your supply chain includes ours. If a platform we run has weak controls, that becomes your exposure, not just our inconvenience. Most providers have never looked. We keep a register, and it is reviewed as part of our own SOC 2 programme.
All product names, logos and brands are the property of their respective owners and are used here for identification purposes only. Their use does not imply endorsement.
Most organisations have accumulated tools rather than chosen them. A short review will tell you what overlaps, what is unsupported and what is quietly costing you.
