I am extremely customer service orientated and I have excellent communication skills. I am always willing to do whatever it takes to complete the job as per the customers expectation, and I will always do everything I can, and stay as long as it takes to get a job done. I want to be the person you can call and know I will be there to help. My true passion is I.T, I have 15 Years of I.T experience. I have been a part of small I.T. Consultancies and worked as an in-house I.T guy supporting Desktop PC’s, Mac and Servers. One of my key strengths is finding solutions to complicated problems. I believe that to be truly excellent in this Job, you must be dedicated and hard working since the technology is continuously changing and it is important to keep up. On any day to day basis a customer may hand me a new device I have never seen before and the expectation is that I know exactly how it works and how to integrate it into their existing system. I think this is a fair expectation and I strive to meet that. I been the Director/Owner of my IT Works for 8 years and I couldn't imagine doing anything else. We have a built some fantastic relationships with our customers and found really smart solutions. I continue to do my best to make sure their systems are reliable, secure and current. I strive to be the best at what I do and I believe I work hard to achieve that.
